This is unlike anything you have ever experienced before. Every session is different and I have no set plan. I come from my heart always and invite you to open your heart as well. We will utilize a combination of the techniques offered in no particular order to bring you into balance and alignment.

Each session lasts between one and a half to two hours. This includes an intake interview which serves many purposes. It helps you become clear in your intent through talking about what is happening in your life. We work with physical, emotional, mental, relationship, family, etc. related issues, whatever is influencing you in the moment. By bringing what is causing your stress and dis-ease into your awareness, allows for a more gentle and easy release process, letting go of the of those issues within you.

We are integrative beings, we cannot touch the body without touching the mind, emotions and Spirit. We address the whole being within the scope of these sessions. The intake is also where we will decide which form of body work we will use. This really means whether we will be on the table or floor mat, and whether we use oil or not, everything else is intuitively guided.

How to get the most benefit from this session:
Come with an intention in mind. The more clear you are about your intent, the more clear and connected we can both be, bringing you closer into alignment with your desires. At the same time, let go of any expectation or thought process you might have and allow yourself to just be in the experience. We heal fastest when we are in a relaxed peaceful state of being. By letting go of the active mind we come to a clearer calmer state of being.

Please come dressed in loose fitting clothing, similar to yoga wear. After our intake discussion we will decide on the most appropriate techniques used for your particular need.
